1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, bookings,
and service engagements between Benson Core (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”,
“our”) and you (“the client”, “customer”). By accessing our website, purchasing
a product, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
Digital Product – Downloadable or streamed media
files, including school concert recordings, event videos, or livestream
replays. Service – Videography, livestreaming, photography, web
development, IT support, or any custom offering provided by Benson Core. Client
– Any individual, school, organisation, or business purchasing products or
services from Benson Core.
3. Terms of Sale
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Pricing
may change without prior notice unless a formal quotation or invoice has
already been issued.
3.2 Payment
Full payment is required before any digital product is
delivered or before any service date is confirmed. Accepted payment methods
include EFT.
3.3 Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been
received. You will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase
or booking.
4. Digital Products (Recordings & Downloads)
4.1 Delivery
Digital recordings are delivered via secure download link or
private streaming page. Delivery is typically completed within 3–7 working
days after the event unless otherwise communicated.
4.2 Access
Download links are valid for a limited period. Clients are
responsible for downloading and safely storing their files within the provided
timeframe.
4.3 No Physical Shipping
Unless explicitly stated (e.g., USB packages), digital
products are not shipped physically.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
5.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital media, all sales of downloadable recordings are final. Once a file or link has been delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Refunds may only be considered if:
• The wrong product was delivered
• The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we cannot provide a
working replacement
5.2 Service Bookings
• Cancellations 7+ days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations within 7 days: Non‑refundable If Benson Core cannot
fulfil a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
5.3 Livestream Failures
If a livestream is disrupted due to internet failure, signal
issues, or external factors beyond our control, a full recording of the
event will be provided. This does not qualify for a refund.
6. Service Fulfilment
6.1 Event Coverage
We commit to delivering professional-quality coverage based
on the selected package. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur
extra charges.
6.2 Delivery Timelines
• Edited videos: 7–14 working days
• Livestream replay uploads: 24–72 hours
• Web/IT services: As per project timeline

6.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure: • Venue access • Necessary permissions
for filming • Accurate event details • Compliance with school or organisational
policies
7. Intellectual Property
All footage, recordings, and media produced by Benson Core
remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients may
not resell, redistribute, or duplicate content without written permission.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with POPIA and handle all personal information
responsibly. No personal data will be shared with third parties unless required
for service fulfilment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Benson Core is not liable for:
• Loss of data after successful delivery
• Issues caused by client-side technical limitations
•
Delays caused by external factors (load shedding, venue restrictions, internet
outages)
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated
terms.
